Infant Massage can be done at any time and any place! There will be times when your baby could possibly be overstimulated in certain situations. Large crowds, such as a family event, day care, the doctors office, or just about anywhere. Feeling a familiar touch and hearing a your voice is reassuring and comforting for your baby. Let's be clear, it may take a few tries before you and your baby feel comfortable with the different types of massage techniques. But, be patient. With a little practice, infant massage can be a healthy way for you and your little one to relax and bond.
Maybe even all night? YES all night! Not only does massage help your baby release stress which can build daily from new experiences, it also allows you and your baby a chance to relax together after a long day.

TIP:
Make sure to have a routine with your baby.
Be sure that the room is nice and warm.
The room does not need to be totally quiet, soft music is often soothing baby.
Massage oil or your favorite lotion is great for after bath. Be sure to test the new products on baby in the creases of their arm or the back of their legs just in case they have a sensitivity to the product
Now comes the fun part massage baby using long soothing strokes from head to toe!!!
